To protect all patients and staff from exposure to COVID-19, please read the following:
- Do you have ANY of these symptoms? Fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, recent loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion, nausea or vomiting or diarrhoea? OR
- Have you had a positive COVID-19 test in the past 10 days? Are you awaiting results of a COVID-19 test?
If you answer YES TO ANY of the above questions, do not attend your appointment.
Please call or email our rooms BEFORE your appointment and we will re-schedule your appointment or convert it to Telehealth.
