PAYMENTS | All patients are expected to pay in full on the day of consultation.
Our practice accepts: EFTPOS | Visa | MasterCard
REBATES | Receipts are provided for your Medicare/Health Fund claim.
MEDICARE | To be entitled to claim a Medicare rebate for your consultation fee, you must have a current and valid referral.
REFERRAL | A GP referral is valid for 12 months (unless otherwise stated) from the initial service date (your first appointment). A specialist’s referral is valid for 3 months from the initial service date (not the date on the referral).
SCRIPTS | There is a $20 fee for all scripts outside of a consultation. There is no rebate for this fee.
REPORTS | There is a $100 fee for all formal reports, including but not limited to NDIS and other complex reports. There is no rebate for this fee.
HOSPITAL & PRACTICE ACCOUNTS | Most accounts can be submitted to Medicare for a rebate. Not all accounts can be claimed through your private health fund, please phone to discuss on 9203 5414.
