If your child is aged between 0-16 you can book an appointment to see Dr Everitt. To be eligible for a Medicare rebate you will need to obtain a referral from your GP.

CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel or re-schedule an appointment, please contact us as soon as possible so we can offer your appointment to a patient on our waiting list.
